Warrior Comeback Challenge | B1 Endurance
🎖️ For veterans, by a veteran

Warrior Comeback Challenge

30 days. Starts September 11. 100 spots.

A structured 30 day comeback built for veterans. Training, nutrition, and a team again. Not a program you do alone. A team you show up for.

Starts September 11. Capped at 100 so nobody gets lost in the group. If it isn't what you expected, email me in week one and I'll refund you.

Two minutes from Shane on why he built this

A message from Shane — combat veteran, Ironman finisher, and your coach for these 30 days.

Does this sound familiar?

The training was never the hard part. Losing the team was.

Training used to be part of the job. Part of who you were. Now it's the thing that keeps getting pushed to next week.
Restarting alone works for about two weeks. Then life gets loud, and nobody notices you stopped.
The part most guys miss isn't the workouts. It's being around people who show up, and who notice when you don't.
A generic plan isn't the fix. A plan built for one person, and a group that expects them on it, is a different thing entirely.

Your coach

A little about me

I served, and I know what it's like to come home and lose the structure that held everything together. I'm a combat veteran, a USAT certified coach, an Ironman finisher, and a father. I've spent the last several years coaching endurance athletes. But more than any of that — I love community. I love being around people who are trying to become more.

Leaving the service is hard in ways that don't always get talked about. One day you have a mission and a team. The next, you don't. Sometimes all it takes to feel like yourself again is a little accountability, a little brotherhood, a little esprit de corps — and a reason to show up. That's what this is.

If you haven't trained in five years, or you're carrying an injury from service, that's the normal starting point here. Every session has a scaled version. You start where you actually are, not where you were at 22.

What you get

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Daily training plan

A real, structured 30 day plan delivered day by day. Most sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. No guesswork about what to do next.

Individualized meal plan

Built around your dietary restrictions, preferences, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all sheet.

Private Facebook group

A closed community of veterans doing this together — accountability built in.

Strava group

Track your sessions, see the group moving, keep each other honest.

Weekly group coaching calls

Live calls with me, every week — questions, form checks, and real talk.

Weekly guest speaker

A new voice each week on self-improvement, networking, and leveling up your life.

Scaled to your starting point

Every session comes with an easier and a harder version. Years off, bad knees, service connected injuries. You start where you are and we build from there.

The plan

30 days, one week at a time

Week 1

Re-Establish

Low-barrier full body strength and easy movement. Get the group live, get your plan, get moving.

Week 2

Build

Volume ticks up. First group challenge in the Strava club. Weekly call is Q&A and form check.

Week 3

Push

Intervals, and your first back-to-back session on Saturday. This is where it starts to feel like training again.

Week 4

Finish Strong

Peak week, a finish event, and a real look at how far you came in 30 days.

"You become the sum of the people closest to you. Let's link up, and let's grow together."
— Shane Barone

Join the challenge

$29. One time. Not a subscription.

I priced this low on purpose. I want the group full, and I want people who will actually show up. That matters more to me than the margin on cohort one.

$29 one-time

30 days of coaching, community, and a plan built for you

Do the first week. If it isn't what you expected, email me and I'll refund you. No forms, no back and forth.

100 spots available. Challenge begins September 11.

After the challenge

What happens on Day 31

The challenge ends October 11 and you keep everything you built. If you want to keep going with a plan and the group, I'll show you what that looks like near the end. No auto-billing, no surprise charge. You paid $29 and that is the whole transaction.

Questions

Before you sign up

What if I haven't trained in years?

That is who this is built for. Week one is deliberately low barrier. Every session has a scaled version and you pick the one that matches where you are today.

Do I need a gym?

No. Everything can be done with bodyweight and minimal equipment. If you have a gym, there are versions that use it.

How much time per day?

Most sessions run 30 to 45 minutes, six days a week. One rest day.

I have a service connected injury. Can I still do this?

Yes, with modifications. Tell me what you're working with when you sign up and I'll adjust your plan. If something is genuinely off limits, we work around it.

Do I have to be a runner?

No. There is running in the plan and there are alternatives for all of it.

Is this only for combat veterans?

It's built for veterans. Any branch, any era, any job. If you served, you're in.

What if I miss a few days?

You pick it back up. Nobody gets removed for missing sessions. The point of the group is that someone notices and pulls you back in.

Is this a subscription?

No. $29 one time. Nothing bills again.

What if it isn't for me?

Do the first week and email me. Full refund.

Know a veteran who needs this?

This challenge is easier to finish with someone else in it. Send it to a brother or sister who's trying to find their way back.
